📅 Day 2
Morning visit to Marble Mountain and Son Tra Peninsula.
+

Your morning begins with a journey through the vibrant streets, offering a glimpse into daily local life. First, visit Marble Mountain (Ngu Hanh Son), a cluster of five marble and limestone hills named after the five elements in Eastern philosophy. Take an outdoor elevator up one of the mountains to explore hidden caves, temples, and spiritual carvings nestled within the stone.

Continue on to the Son Tra Peninsula, a protected nature reserve rich in biodiversity. This green sanctuary is home to many rare species, including the endangered red-shanked douc, and offers a peaceful escape from the city. At the summit, enjoy sweeping panoramic views over Da Nang’s coastline and skyline.

Return to your hotel around midday. The afternoon is yours to relax or discover more of Da Nang at your own pace. Overnight in Da Nang.

📅 Day 3
Da Nang – Bana hills
+

If you or your children enjoy amusement parks, Ba Na Hills is an experience not to be missed. With its cool climate, festive atmosphere, European-style architecture, and scenic temples, it’s one of Central Vietnam’s most popular destinations.

Your journey begins with a scenic ride on the Ba Na Hills cable car—one of the longest and highest in the world. As you glide above the forest, enjoy stunning views that feel like entering a fairytale world hidden in the clouds.

The first highlight is the iconic Golden Bridge, designed as two giant hands lifting a golden path above the mountains. This architectural marvel has been featured on major international media like BBC and CNN. You’ll then visit King Peak, standing at 1,487 meters, where sweeping views of Ba Na Hills and the surrounding region await.

At the top, explore Linh Tu Pagoda, a beautiful and serene temple. If time permits, you can also enjoy a variety of games at Fantasy Park—note that while many attractions are free, some may require an additional fee.

In the late afternoon, return to your hotel in Da Nang for some well-earned rest and free time.

📅 Day 4
Da Nang – Hoi An
+

Today, we’ll transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An, where you’ll have a full day to explore one of Vietnam’s most charming and historically rich towns. Once a bustling trading port, Hoi An still preserves its ancient architecture and riverside beauty, offering a true step back in time.

Your exploration will include several notable sites:

  • Phuc Kien Temple: Originally an assembly hall, now a temple honoring the sea goddess who protects fishermen. It remains an important cultural site maintained by Hoi An’s Chinese community.

  • Phuc Thanh Pagoda: The oldest pagoda in Hoi An, established in 1454, reflecting the town’s deep-rooted spiritual traditions.

  • Japanese Covered Bridge: Built in 1593, this iconic bridge once connected the Japanese and Chinese quarters and stands as a symbol of Hoi An’s multicultural heritage.

Stroll through narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses, and explore local shops filled with colorful lanterns and fine silk. Tailor shops offer quick, high-quality service, with custom garments often ready in just 24 hours.

In the afternoon, you may choose to unwind on a nearby beach or explore the peaceful countryside and traditional craft villages.

Vietnam has a diverse climate due to its geography, stretching over 2,000 km from north to south. As a result, weather conditions can vary greatly by region—when one area is cool or rainy, another might be dry and sunny.

The best time to visit Vietnam is generally from October to April, when the weather is most pleasant across the country. Within this period, October to November and March to May are especially ideal, as they are the driest months with comfortable temperatures.

If you’re traveling in July or August, expect warmer weather (30–35°C), especially in the north. However, Halong Bay often enjoys sunny days during these months, and you’ll get the chance to see vibrant green or golden rice terraces in rural areas.

In the south, even during the rainy season (typically from May to October), rain tends to come in short bursts lasting only an hour or two, with the rest of the day remaining sunny.

If you already have specific travel dates in mind—whether in summer, winter, or another season—feel free to let us know. We can help you choose the best regions and timeframes to suit your plans.

If you are a citizen of the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, or Belarus, you do not need a visa for stays in Vietnam of up to 45 days.

Note: Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic benefit from a special exemption between March 1 and December 31, 2025, when traveling as part of an organized tour.

If you are from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the United States, you must obtain a visa before arrival. There are three options:

  • E-Visa: Valid for up to 90 days, with single or multiple entries. Apply online through the official Vietnamese Immigration website. Processing time is usually 3–5 working days.

  • Visa on Arrival (VOA): Only available for travelers arriving by air. Requires a pre-approval letter from a licensed travel agency in Vietnam.

  • Visa via Embassy/Consulate: You can also apply in person or by mail through a Vietnamese diplomatic mission in your home country.

We recommend the E-Visa for its convenience and simplicity. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned entry date and have proof of onward travel.

If you need help with the visa process, feel free to contact us.

Vietnamese cuisine is rich, varied, and full of regional specialties. As you travel from north to south, you’ll encounter distinct flavors and local favorites unique to each area. Here are some must-try dishes by region:

  • In the North: While in Hanoi, don’t miss Pho (traditional beef noodle soup), Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich), crispy spring rolls (Nem), and the famous Egg Coffee, a creamy and sweet Hanoi original.

  • In Central Vietnam: Try Bun Bo Hue, a spicy and flavorful beef noodle soup hailed as one of the best soups in the world. In Hoi An, enjoy Cao Lau, a unique noodle dish only found in this ancient town.

  • In the South: The Mekong Delta is known for Banh Xeo, a savory Vietnamese pancake filled with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts, often wrapped in lettuce and herbs.

Throughout your journey, you’ll discover countless local delights, each offering a taste of Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage.

For your journey, we provide comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles that are regularly maintained to ensure safety and reliability. Most vehicles are also equipped with a cooler to keep bottled water cold during your travels.

The vehicle size depends on the number of travelers:

Number of Travelers Vehicle Type
2–3 Private 7-seater car
4–8 16-seater minibus
9–15 24-seater bus
16–20 35- or 45-seater bus

Our drivers are professional, careful, and courteous. Upon request, they’re happy to make stops along the way so you can take photos, enjoy the scenery, or simply stretch and relax.

You can use international cards like Visa or Mastercard at most hotels, restaurants, and shops in major cities. Please note that Vietnamese banks usually apply a 3%–4% surcharge on card payments.

Some businesses—especially in large cities—also accept euros or USD, but this is less common and usually limited to hotels or tourist-focused shops.

For small purchases, it’s best to use Vietnamese Dong (VND). You can:

  • Exchange foreign currency at banks, jewelry shops, or your hotel

  • Withdraw VND easily from ATMs throughout the country

Having some local cash on hand is recommended, especially when visiting markets, rural areas, or small local eateries.
